Yes, resources can be dispatched to tickets so that it shows up in their calendar.
When you schedule somebody to a ticket, it will immediately update the PSA. If your PSA is configured to synchronize with your Outlook or Gmail calendar, then it will also show up that calendar.
The person's avatar on the card will show a blue circle if the schedule entry is in the future, and red if it's overdue. Mouseover to see the exact start/finish day and time for the schedule entry.
