Editing ConnectWise Opportunities

Each of these functions are available from the ellipsis button on the card. When you save your data, the ticket is updated in ConnectWise.

To edit an opportunity in ConnectWise, click the card title to open it in the ConnectWise web app.

Edit Opportunity

The following fields can be edited:

1. Summary
2. Source
3. Close date
4. Type
5. Status
6. Stage- You can also change stage by dragging between columns.
7. Sales Rep
8. Inside Rep
9. Contact
10. Notes
