Paying in Canadian Dollars
Yes, we support payment in Canadian dollars for your TopLeft subscription.
Payment Method
We accept annual payments in CAD through wire transfer or direct bank payment. This gives you a full year of TopLeft without worrying about monthly billing or currency fluctuations.
Exchange Rate
We use the current USD to CAD exchange rate from Google (search "usdcad"), minus 6 cents. This rate is applied when we generate your annual invoice.
For example, if the current rate shows 1.40, we'll use 1.34 for your invoice calculation.
Credit Card on File
We require a credit card on file even for annual CAD payments. This covers any changes you make during the year, such as:
- Adding licenses for new team members
- Upgrading license types
- Any other service changes
These mid-year changes are charged in USD to the card on file and prorated for the remainder of your billing term.
