TopLeft is purpose-built by an MSP for MSPs. It's fully integrated to your PSA, so that all data stays in the PSA (where it belongs) to avoid duplicate data, silos, or data re-entry challenges. There are some methods like Zapier but typically it's missing the richness that managers and technicians expect and require.
Tools like ClickUp and Monday.com have amazing functionality, but much of it isn't really required because your PSA handles that and TopLeft handles the Agile and Kanban visualization.
Having the right Kanban board design and workflow helps a lot. With less work in progress (open but not completed tickets), there is less to fuss about.
Using a high-velocity Pull (instead of Push) based workflow removes a lot of the need for advanced planning tools.
