      Change How Long TopLeft Keeps Completed Autotask Tickets

      How to show completed tickets in TopLeft for longer than 1 day

      Most MSPs have many thousands of closed tickets that are no longer useful to show in TopLeft. So TopLeft only keeps a copy of completed tickets for 24 hours by default.

      To keep completed tickets longer than 1 day, follow these steps.

      1. Navigate to Admin > Advanced Options.
      2. Find the DJAUTOTASK_KEEP_COMPLETED_HOURS field and enter the number of hours you wish to keep completed tickets in your TopLeft application.
      3. Click Save.

      TopLeft will now keep completed tickets in TopLeft for the number of hours saved in the setting above.
