Speed up synchronization in certain cases by disabling contact method sync
In TopLeft technicians can send notes and time entries to ticket contacts using the contact's email as recorded in ConnectWise. However, in some cases fetching contact methods from ConnectWise makes the synchronization process very slow.
In these cases, TopLeft can be configured to stop fetching contact communication records from ConnectWise. The contact's name will still appear in TopLeft.
To disable syncing this information, do the following.
- Navigate to Admin > Advanced Options.
- In the ConnectWise Options category, find the DJCONNECTWISE_SYNC_CONTACT_COMMUNICATION option and clear the field.
- Click Save
