You can drag cards between certain types of swimlanes to update the data in the record in your PSA.
Here are the types of swimlanes you can drag between:
- For ticket boards: resource, primary resource, and queue
- For task boards: resource and primary resource
When dragging between resource swimlanes, keep this in mind:

Moving a card between resource swimlanes changes the ticket or task's primary resource. Secondary resources are not changed. When the card is dropped in the destination swimlane, if the resource has multiple possible roles for the card then a dialog opens and you are prompted to select the resource role.

If you drag a card from a resource to the "No assigned resource" swimlane, it will remove all resources from that card, both primary and secondary, not just the resource whose swimlane the card originated from.
- When you move a ticket to a new member, TopLeft can send them a message by email to let them know they have been assigned. Enable the "Notify member" option and supply an optional message with details.
