How do I set up columns and which columns do I use for example, new ready, waiting, etc.

When creating columns for a project management board, we recommend to start with a basic plan that includes columns like "New," "Ready," "Waiting," "Scheduled," "In Progress," and "Completed" for tasks at various stages of completion

In TopLeft columns can be set up when adding a new board or by editing an existing board. In the add or edit options, there is a tab named “Columns” where you set up your desired columns.

When setting up columns on your project management board, it's recommended to start with a simple plan. Begin with columns such as "New" for tasks that are just starting, "Ready" for tasks that are assigned and ready to be worked on after triage or planning, "Waiting" for tasks that require input from someone outside the team, "Scheduled" for tasks that have a known future time for the next step, "In Progress" for tasks that are currently being worked on, and "Completed" for tasks that are done. These column names and workflow can be customized to fit your specific needs.
