If I'm finding the project management tickets are distracting. What can I do about that?

You can create a separate status in your PSA called "ongoing" specifically for project management tasks. Then, in your top left board, you can create a column called "ongoing" and move all the project management tickets to that column. Placing the "ongoing" column on the left side of the board can help visually separate these tickets from the other project tickets.
