Sync tickets only from selected Autotask queues
To stay up-to-date with Autotask, TopLeft performs regular ticket syncs. If an MSP has many thousands of open tickets, syncs can be slow or might fail and the TopLeft app user experience may slow down.
To prevent this, you can set TopLeft to only request tickets from a list of selected Autotask queues.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Autotask Queues to Sync
- Use the form to select each Autotask queue to sync tickets from. To download tickets from every queue, make no selection.
- Click Save.
If a selection was made, then on the next regular sync only tickets from the selected Autotask queues will be synced and tickets for other queues will be deleted from TopLeft's database.
