Change your plan, licenses, payment term, or sign up for training

Change Your Subscription

TopLeft administrators can update the subscription or sign up for training by following these steps.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Manage Subscription.
  2. The subscription summary appears. To change your subscription, click Edit Subscription.
  3. The subscription form appears. You can change the number of licenses for each tier, the number of client portal licenses, the billing frequency, or buy a training package.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. The order summary appears. To confirm the change, click Update and Pay.

When you change your subscription, the changes are applied to your application within a few minutes.

If you bought additional licenses, you should assign the new licenses to members. If you bought Client Portal licenses, assign them to companies.

If you bought a training package, we will contact you to schedule it.

If you downgrade your subscription, you will receive a credit on your account that will be used for your next subscription period.

Change Billing Info, Find Invoices, Update Payment Method

To change billing info, such as your name, address, or credit card, or to find your invoices, in the main menu click the gear icon then click Account and Billing.
