Select Administrative Users

Administrators can give other users administrative privileges to create and edit boards, make changes from the Settings page, and update the TopLeft subscription.

To manage administrators, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Administrators.
  2. To grant administrative privileges to a user, find their name in the Available field and click the name. It will move to the Selected field. To remove administrative privileges for a user, find their name in the Selected field and click the name.
  3. Click Save. Permissions are updated.

New administrators will receive an email explaining their new privileges as well as a series of emails explaining best practices for managing Kanban boards.
