It is suggested to only schedule work that requires coordination with others, such as on-site visits or timed calls. For regular work that does not need coordination, which typically forms the majority of MSP work, scheduling is not necessary. Instead, it can be managed through tickets on the Kanban board. As people have time, they can simply pull the next ticket.
