Card Group Metrics for Autotask

This is the list of group metrics available for Autotask boards.

Ticket and Task boards

  • Hours sum: displays the total number of actual hours and the total number of budget hours on cards.
  • Hours average: displays the average of actual hours and the average of budget hours on cards.
  • Time in status: displays the sum of all the hours cards have been in their respective columns, and the average time cards have currently spent in that column. This is not the average amount of time before a card leaves the column.
  • Ticket/Task Age: displays the sum and average time it has been since the ticket was originally created.
  • User Defined Fields: displays the sum and average of selected number type user defined fields.

Project boards

  • Hours sum: displays the total number of actual hours and the total number of budget hours on cards.
