What about Closed Loop emails in PSA?

Yes, closed-loop ticket functionality has been replicated in TopLeft.

This is done via the 'Enter Time/Note' screen on any ticket. This screen mimics the one in your PSA with similar behaviour. 

Further, when assigning resources to tickets via drag/drop or the Manage Resources screen, you can optionally message those people to inform them.
