Editing ConnectWise Activities

Learn more about editing records.

Each of these functions are available from the ellipsis button on the card. When you save your data, the project is updated in ConnectWise.

To edit an activity in ConnectWise, click the card title to open it in the ConnectWise web app.

Edit Activity

The following fields can be edited:

1. Summary
2. Company
3. Contact
4. Resource
5. Type
6. Status- You can also change status by dragging between columns
   
7. Ticket
8. Opportunity
9. Notes
