Any actions taken in Topleft will update your PSA immediately.
TopLeft always sends an immediate API request to ConnectWise or Autotask to update the record there.
Most actions taken in your PSA are also immediately pushed using callbacks to TopLeft, and will appear in the Kanban within 30 seconds. In some scenarios, it may take up to 5 minutes due to API and performance limitations.
