What steps do I need to follow to access the tickets for a specific project?

Set up a project board and link it to a ticket board. Once connected, you can drill in to access ticket/task details using a magnifying glass icon.

  1. Make sure you have a project board set up.
  2. Once that's done, connect the project board (also called a task board in AutoTask) to a ticket board. 
  3. Once the connection is established, you'll notice a magnifying glass icon on the project card.
  4. Clicking on the magnifying glass allows you to access the details of the tickets or tasks associated with that project on the connected board. Typically, the project ticket (task) board would utilize phase swim lanes to help with visual organization.
