What goes in the columns?

Columns are purely based on your existing status fields and are not time-based. This provides a lot of flexibility while staying simple.

Columns are all mapped based on the project, ticket, activity, or opportunity status in your PSA. You can give the column any title you like and map one or more of the PSA statuses into that column. There's no need to change anything in your PSA to get started - just map and visualize.

This allows a ton of flexibility! You can create a new layout without worrying about impacting workflow rules, reports, or billing configurations ConnectWise Manage or Datto Autotask.

Then, to support a more efficient workflow, you can create more statuses in PSA as you work through mapping out the end-to-end lifecycle and steps of a process.
